The Review Solution (TRS) Express for iOS enables businesses to solicit reviews from customers easily and conveniently at the moment of service. Obtaining online reviews is simplified to the point where it's as straightforward as sending a text message. All that's required is entering the customer's name, mobile number, or email address, and pressing send. The customer will then receive the text or email and can indicate their satisfaction by selecting "Thumbs Up" or "Thumbs Down." Subsequently, they will be directed to one of several review platforms, such as Google, Facebook, Yelp!, BBB, Porch, Houzz, HomeAdvisor, or any of over 100 other review sites. The application also offers the option to configure alerts, enabling businesses to be notified each time a customer selects "Thumbs Up" and/or "Thumbs Down."
